Muay Thai training

Today we will train muay thai full body training so let's go

warm up
  1. we will start with run begin slow to fast 3 minutes.
  2. do push up 10 rep
  3. do hours stance 10 rep
  4. do push up again 15
  5. do hours stance again 20 rep
punches warm up


  1. do 2 sets of push up 15 rep at once .
  2. do 2 sets of pull up 10 rep at once .
  3. do 2 sets of shoulder spreed to side 20 at once
punches workout
  1. do 3 sets of straight punches 20 rep at once .
  2. do 3 sets of hook punches 20 rep at once .
  3. do 3 sets of mixed straight and hook punches  20 rep at once .
  4. do 3 sets of uppercut punches 20 rep at once .
  5. do 3 sets of elbow 20 rep at once .
kicks warm up


  1. start with run for 2 or 3 minutes
  2. do 10 straight kicks for every leg .
  3. do 10 cross kicks for every leg .
  4. do 10 outside kicks for every leg.
  5. do 10 inside kicks for every leg .
  6. do 10 stretches for every leg .
  7. do the side split .
  8. do the front split for each side .

  2. dynamic  stretches 
  3. isometric stretches
  4. high streches
  5. high kicks
kicks workout
  1. do 3 sets of push kicks 20 rep at once .
  2. do 3 sets of roundhouse kicks 20 rep at once .
  3. do 3 sets of mixed push kicksand roundhouse kick 20 rep at once .
  4. do 3 sets of side kicks 20 rep at once .
  5. do 3 sets of knee kicks 20 rep at once .
