start with run for 2 or 3 minutes
do 10 straight kicks for every leg .
do 10 cross kicks for every leg .
do 10 outside kicks for every leg.
do 10 inside kicks for every leg .
do 10 stretches for every leg .
do the side split .
do the front split for each side .
