Punches warm up

To begin a new muay thai punches training you need to warm up for air punches workout or muay thai heavy bag punches workout and it will be so easy it will take 5 - 10 minutes and you Will be able to execute you muay Thai workouts .

3 steps to warm up for punches :

Do 2 sets of push up 15 rep at once .
Do 2 sets of pull up 10 rep at once .
Do 2 sets of shoulder spreed to side 20 at once .

Now you will be able to enjoy your muay thai training without injury .

Kicks warm up


To begin a new muay thai kicks training you need to warm up for high kicks workout or muay thai Heavy bag kicks workout and it will be so easy it will take 5 - 10 minutes and you will be able to Execute you muay thai kicks workout .


Let's begin :

Start with run for 2 or 3 minutes
Do 10 straight kicks for every leg .
Do 10 cross kicks for every leg .
Do 10 outside kicks for every leg.
Do 10 inside kicks for every leg .

Do 10 stretches for every leg .
Do the side split .
Do the front split for each side .
