Muay Thai stretches is apart of Muay Thai routine is basically training to gain flexibility to do high roundhous kicks  or any high kick
and do kicks fast and powerful there is 3 kind of stretches
You have to warm up to avoid muscles injury .

Dynamic stretches.

It is always by kicking mid level and kicking high level .
Do 10 rep of straight kicks for every leg .
Do 10 cross kicks for every leg .
Do 10 outside kicks for every leg.


Ground stretches.
Stretches on the flower you do it in low level .

Stretches on something high or with partner you do it in high level.
